- Purpose of Registration
Registration is used internally in the parish. It allows the
Parish Office to see how many new parishioners we have and to plan for
future programs, like First Communion, and also enables the ministry
coordinators and the Parish
Office to contact
parishioners who are interested in serving in one of the ministries.
Registration also gives parishioners the eligibility to vote for, or
run for, the Parish Council in the election held every four years.
Remember, if you have previously registered
and have changed your address or other details, please inform the
office so
your records can be updated.
- Registration Process
In person - the easiest way to register is to talk with
a Parish Council member or with
registration coordinator

By fax - print off the
registration form and
fax it to the parish office.
By e-mail - download the Microsoft Word version of the
registration form and save it on your computer,
fill it out and e-mail it as an attachment to the Parish Office at
email@stleonhards.org.
