Monsignor Stephen Alker, MBE KHS, was officially installed as pastor of St. Leonhard's International English-Speaking Roman Catholic Parish, and of St. Mary's Parish of English-Speaking Catholics, at a Mass celebrated by
Diocese of Limburg Auxiliary Bishop Thomas Löhr
at St. Leonhard's on Sunday, 31st January 2010.
