Parishioners spent the afternoon of Sunday, 12th October, 2008, walking along a 10-kilometer (6-mile) segment of the Bonifatiusweg (St. Boniface walking trail), which leads from Mainz to Fulda, Germany, following the route of the funteral procession in 754 A.D. of the martyered founder of the Church in Germany.
