St. Leonhard's International English-Speaking Roman Catholic Parish celebrates the 10th anniversary of its establishment with a Mass followed by a reception on Saturday, 3rd September 2005.

St. Sebastian’s Parish, the Frankfurt US Military and International Catholic Community under the church's U.S. Military diocese of Western Europe,  was in located on a U.S. military base in a building which was originally a farmhouse. It was dedicated on November 20, 1947, by an American bishop, Aloysius Muench, acting as Apostolic visitor to Germany and Austria. The last Mass celebrated at St. Sebastians was held on January 8, 1995. Ast the base was closed, the church building was deconsecrated and demolished to make room for an apartment block.
