NOTE: Frankfurt City Triathlon takes place today, and numerous
streets in downtown Frankfurt and elsewhere in the region will be
closed to traffic. Those traveling by car should avoid any route
that leads through central Frankfurt today. For public-transport
instructions on how to reach Holy Cross, see the
Sunday, 18th August, 9:30am: Mass of the 21st Sunday in
Ordinary Time, including selected French hymns and followed by a
festival in the social hall hosted by the parish's French community
in honor of the Feast of the Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary.

Saturday, 31st August, 9:30am: Ecumenical charity walk by the
English-speaking parishes of Frankfurt, including St. Leonhard's,
along the St. Boniface Route from Frankfurt's Harheim district to
Bad Vilbel's Dortelweil district (starting point:
Liebfrauenkirche, Liebfrauenberg, 60311 Frankfurt-City).
Registration fee/ suggested donation: €10. Proceeds go to the
Franziskustreff breakfast program for the homeless at

Events in September 2013
September, 9:30am: Mass of the 23rd Sunday in Ordinary
Time, including Marian hymns in the languages of the Indian
Subcontinent, followed in the social hall by the yearly festival in
honor of the traditional birthday of the Virgin Mary, hosted by the
parishioners of the Indian, Pakistani and Sri Lankan communities.

Tuesday, 10th September through Sunday,
15th September: Pilgrimage to Rome. Cost of
airfare, double room occupancy, half-pension board and sightseeing

Daylight saving time/summer time ends in Europe; clocks shift back
